Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.

Items that are returned damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Please note: If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take between 5 to 7 business days for the funds to appear.

Exchanges

Need a replacement? If you wish to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us at sales@jrcmodel.com.
We will provide further instructions to ensure a smooth exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Digital products and downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Health and personal care products (where applicable)

Note: Items purchased during a sale event are eligible for exchange only, not for refunds.
